GoodPeople has an extensive clientele of 4 and 5* retail and hospitality companies, and the objective this masterclass was to give candidates an insight into the qualities required to successfully provide 5*customer service.
Training Manager, The View from The Shard
Gemma has been with The View since September 2012. She previously worked at other large attractions such as the Natural History Museum and The Roman Baths Museum in Bath, working her way up over the last nine years from Seasonal Visitor Assistant to her current role as Training Manager.
Gemma is responsible for creating learning and development opportunities for all View from The Shard employees. She delivers multiple training courses such as Communication and Presentation Skills, Management and Leadership, Running Successful Meetings as well as The View's in depth Induction programme.
